"4 on the 4th at 4(pm)" Panel Discussion Series: A Roadmap for effective HR Systems

Program Description:

You research. You RFP. You define process flows. You hash it out with IT over data feeds & access. You turn in on. It fails. You feel like hiding.

Does that process sound familiar to you? If you ever found yourself implementing an HR system for your organization, it might be. Quite frankly, most system implementations fail to meet all their core objectives. Let’s face it – a lot of HR folks don’t have the technical background to navigate the waters of the implementation landscape. And most IT professionals don’t place high value on working on HR systems. So what’s a Talent or HR professional to do?

Join us for our monthly panel discussion. Our focus this month will be on building a roadmap to the successful deployment of HR systems. Whether its research, selection, configuration, implementation, deployment or adoption, our panel of industry experts will answer your questions regarding the entire process. Here’s your chance to pick the brains and air the laundry over past experiences or upcoming challenges. Whether it’s an HRIS, a TMS, a LMS, or anything in between you’ll come away with a better understanding of what it takes to be an HR Systems hero!
