Breakthrough Technology – “Teamability”

Program Description:

Just as individuals have different experiences and skill sets, they are also very different in their fundamental way of serving the needs of a team. A breakthrough ‘technology of teaming’ – architected by Dr. Janice Presser, CEO of The Gabriel Institute – produces concise, revealing, and readily usable management guidance and decision support for optimizing team and organizational performance. Based on concepts from physics and systems theory (rather than psychology) Teamability® is directly applicable to business situations, and is producing extraordinary business results.

Recent surveys identify business culture as a current ‘Top 5’ issue for CxOs, as employee engagement continues to decline, technology and social media bring sweeping changes, and Millennials fill out the workforce and move up the management ladder. Teaming Analytics address these challenges directly, and provide a unified approach to selecting, developing, managing, and motivating both individuals and teams. The presentation will include some interactive work with the basic elements of teaming.  Take the chance and possibly win a Teamability® evaluation.

Learning Objectives:
1)  Discover a new ‘technology of teaming’ with positive business impact
2)  Understand the fundamentals of team analysis, with interactive examples
3)  Learn about real-world successes, and how to apply them in your own organization

Speaker:

Dr. Janice Presser, CEO of The Gabriel Institute
