Speaker: Denise Yosafat
Denise began her career with Eli Lilly and then spent 13 years at Procter & Gamble, including three based in Asia working with top regional leadership. She facilitated off-site direction-setting planning sessions and developed leaders and teams to successfully handle high business growth. Stateside, Denise played a lead role in the creation of ‘Organizational Effectiveness College’ to help leaders understand, build, and develop their organization’s leadership talent needed for business success. Denise has coached and consulted at a number of corporations including KPMG, Colgate-Palmolive, Ingersoll-Rand, ITT Corporation, and others, and has worked with individuals from across the globe, including Australia, Asia, Europe, Canada, and South America. Denise is highly skilled at helping leaders build on their strengths to successfully tackle business challenges, new roles, and organizational change. She has worked on large-scale transitions, business and cultural integrations, and talent development. She is expert at behavioral and situational coaching, helping leaders maximize their effectiveness in current roles and/or prepare for new ones.
