Since it is so close to Valentine’s Day, we wanted to ask: Do you love managing your custom learning projects? We realize instructional design and project management models are often too generalized to provide the guidance needed to successfully deal with complex, custom learning projects. Rob Van Hyfte, Delivery Director, Judge Learning Solutions

Rob’s learning experience includes over 12 years as a delivery director, program manager, project manager, and instructional designer. Other educational experience consists of classroom teaching and designing and implementing corporate training programs. Before entering the education field, he spent several years in the software industry. Rob has designed and managed market segment projects for Grainger and worked on the eLearning that accompanied an enterprise-wide SAP implementation. Other projects include: heavy maintenance and electronic fundamentals courses for Metra, compliance and emergency preparedness training for Ameriprise Financial, advisor and wholesaler product eLearning for RiverSource Insurance, technician training for Everpure, and software training for Fifth Third Bank. Rob has also managed several projects for the BP and Tesoro Franchise Business Support and Franchise Training Programs. In addition, he designed and facilitated an instructor-led course for ARCO dealers, managed a complete Brand Refresh project for BP, managed a microlearning ILT project for Abbott, and designed/managed a 52-course eLearning project for the National Notary Association. Most recently Rob managed several blended learning projects for ACI Worldwide, which consisted of documentation, eLearning, and motion graphics. Rob has managed and/or designed 4 award-winning projects.
