"Thriving in a Multigenerational Workplace" with Theresa Hummel-Krallinger

Program Description:

This is the first time in American history that we have four different generations working side-by-side in the workplace. This refreshingly upbeat, interactive, and entertaining session opens up a conversation with attendees on the best tips, techniques, suggestions and strategies for dealing effectively with employees, managers and peers of varying generational persuasions.

Participants will examine the values of the different generations and how they can transform motivation, teambuilding, communication, and trust.  They will explore how these differences can truly make a difference in how we communicate in order to build stronger relationships in our businesses.

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the differences of each generation.
  • Discuss the best ways to manage and train each generation
