“Training Top 125 Award – Christiana Care Learning Institute” with Dr. Rosa M. Colon-Kolacko and Michelle L. Collins

Program Description:

In 2012, the Christiana Care Learning Institute joined the Training Magazine list of the top 125 training organizations in the nation and in 2013, the Learning Institute moved up the list, all the way into the top 25. Now in its 14th year, Training Magazine recognized the 2014 Training Top 125 winners with crystal awards during the Golden Gala in San Diego and Christiana Care ranked within the top tier of winning organizations.

The magazine bases its Top 125 ranking on a wide range of quantitative and qualitative benchmarking factors such as:

  • total training budget;
  • percentage of payroll dedicated to employee development;
  • number of training hours per employee program;
  • goals, evaluation, measurement and workplace surveys;
  • hours of training per employee annually;
  • financial investment in employee development;
  • scope of development programs; and
  • how closely development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives.

Join us to hear best practices in learning innovation and employee development from Dr. Rosa M. Colon-Kolacko, Ph.D., MBA. She is currently SVP, System Learning, Chief Diversity Officer, and Executive Director, Learning Institute at Christiana Care Health System.
