2018 ATD-PHL Operating Plan 


    • Through a continued Total Member Engagement (TME) strategy, create a vibrant community of learning & development professionals in all Talent Development areas who will collaborate to share their expertise and gain new knowledge and skills that will help them improve workplace performance in their organizations
    • Host 7th Annual Regional Event that provides affordable, professional skill development for attendees and that meets or exceeds chapter revenue targets
    • Deepen succession planning for board positions (i.e., Create Director level positions, develop a strong volunteer pipeline, etc.)
    • Promote and exceed last year’s attendance for scheduled Employee Learning Week event(s)
    • Drive individual, corporate and student membership levels through increased touch points with prospective and current members throughout the year to promote the value of the ATD-PHL chapter and ATD National
    • Maintain and develop strategic partnerships that provide the chapter with 'in-kind' support and creates enhanced visibility for our partners
