Rewiring the Brain for Peak Performance

Program Description:

What if you could significantly improve the impact of your training efforts by understanding the latest evidence in how your people learn? Now what if you could get this training directly from a Harvard trained scientist? As learning professionals, we know that human performance is both art and science. Join us for a night of focus on the science of what it takes to maximize learning, memory and situational awareness. In our session we will:

  • Absorb the latest research on things we can do to rewire our brains to enhance learning
  • Help you do more with less by enhancing your personal effectiveness and productivity
  • Recognize new technologies that can be leveraged to create maximum people performance

Dr. David Bach is a Harvard trained scientist and physician who is an expert on how people can enhance their day-to-day effectiveness.  As training leaders we can design cognitive activities to help people expand their productivity, creativity and memory. This session is just as much about our own personal growth as it is becoming more aware of how we can use science to help our learners get more done at work.
