Michael has over 15 years experience in the learning and development market selling analytic and e-earning software solutions. Prior to joining CEB, Michael was with Skillsoft and previously with NETg/Thomson Learning. Michael is an active member of the Philadelphia ATD Chapter.
John is a Senior Measurement Consultant with the Corporate Executive Board (CEB) and serves clients by helping them develop measurement strategies and measure the impact of training on critical business measures. In February 2014, CEB purchased KnowledgeAdvisors where John was the Director of Research. Prior to joining KnowledgeAdvisors in March 2010, John led training evaluation teams at KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen for 12 years. Recently, he co-authored a book with Jac Fitz-enz entitled Predictive Analytics for Human Resources.
