Jay has over 25 years of IT and Project Management experience. He is a Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Product Owner and has worked with local and global clients in a large variety of industries including Health Care, Insurance, and Banking. He spent 15-years in higher education with Penn State Great Valley, School of Graduate Professional Students, where his last position was Director of Professional Programs. His many duties included development of course materials. Jay has taught classes on the Agile Framework and Kanban, in addition to conducting coaching sessions to assist organizations to better transition to an Agile environment.
