Susan Dinnocenti, Ph.D.
Susan T. Dinnocenti, Ph.D., is a transformational people leader with over 20+ years’ experience designing learning systems and developing hi-potential employees and clients through identifying their personal strengths and talents. She is an internationally certified positivity coach who specializes in Positive Psychology and Wellness in the Workplace to enhance teambuilding and a thriving culture.
Susan’s professional experience spans business (sales and marketing, systems design for industry, not-for profit CEO, COO, Chief Learning Officer of a Corporate University) healthcare (CCRC, Hospice, VNA), and education (teacher k-12, university professor, and researcher). Her varied experiences have kept her current in the technology field as she is an early - adopter who has the ability to drive employees to high level of engagement and collaboration.
Susan builds a positive culture of learners who lead. She is passionate about guiding all stakeholders, especially Gen X’ers, Millennials, and Gen Z ‘s in uncovering their talents through creative and critical thinking, teamwork, human-centered design, and appreciative inquiry.
Susan holds a Ph.D. in Talent Development/Curriculum/Instructional Technology, Educational Psychology from the University of Connecticut (Storrs), Master’s of Science in Education from Chestnut Hill College, a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Shippensburg University, and is an ICF certified positivity & wellness coach.
