Program Description:

TODAY’S WORLD

We live and work in a new world that is hyper-connected, fast changing, and shaped by VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity). Constant distractions and information overload make it more difficult for people to remain focused and engaged at work. VUCA creates stress. Plus, there is an emerging trend of employees looking for meaning, connection and happiness at work.

Today’s workplace calls for people that have highly focused and clear minds; those who are adaptable, resilient in the face of challenges and can lead with emotional intelligence.

Mindful Leadership programs are designed to help people achieve precisely that – acquire skills to become more effective and focused at work. The benefits of mindfulness programs are concrete and tangible according to both scientists and business leaders; they include stronger performance, better leadership and improved overall wellbeing.

All event attendees will have the chance to win a free registration to an upcoming ATD Certificate program ($1200 value)!
