“Change alone is unchanging.” -- Heraclitus (c. 535 – c. 475 B.C.)

As development professionals and leaders, the challenge we face is the need to support others as they overcome the effects of change even while we are in the midst of them ourselves. Resilience has been cemented as a critical skill we have to develop in ourselves and in our organizations in order to thrive in the current environment.

During this highly interactive session, we will:

  • Recognize the impact of recent changes
  • Explore the critical skills of resilience that will allow us to better meet the challenges ahead and
  • Take away practical steps to meet the challenges ahead.
  • Identify ways to help organizations thrive during change

Join us as we explore this timely topic together.
