What if every team member knew exactly how to bring their best self to work — and felt energized doing it?

In this interactive and energizing workshop, Certified Coach Jenny O’Connor helps HR and L&D professionals explore how to make CliftonStrengths more than a one-time assessment. Through discussion, reflection, and real-world examples, participants will discover how to weave strengths into daily conversations, feedback moments, and team development.

Although it is not necessary for you to have completed the Clifton Strengths assessment, please bring your results with you if you have already taken it.

Expect to walk away inspired and equipped with tools you can use right away to help others thrive doing what they do best, every day.
