Through a continued Total Member Engagement (TME) strategy, create a vibrant community of learning & development professionals in all Talent Development areas who will collaborate to share their expertise and gain new knowledge and skills that will help them improve workplace performance in their organizations
Host 7th Annual Regional Event that provides affordable, professional skill development for attendees and that meets or exceeds chapter revenue targets
Deepen succession planning for board positions (i.e., Create Director level positions, develop a strong volunteer pipeline, etc.)
Promote and exceed last year’s attendance for scheduled Employee Learning Week event(s)
Drive individual, corporate and student membership levels through increased touch points with prospective and current members throughout the year to promote the value of the ATD-PHL chapter and ATD National
Maintain and develop strategic partnerships that provide the chapter with 'in-kind' support and creates enhanced visibility for our partners
