"Applying Learning Analytics to Tell Your Story of Business Impact"

Program Description:

L&D organizations are frequently seen as cost centers as opposed to strategic partners in their organizations, and as a result their budget is frequently the first thing cut when times get tough.  The missing link is often the inability to tell the story of what their programs are accomplishing (the value add) and the lack of solid metrics (beyond usage and cost of training efficiencies) to back this up.

You will hear from various leaders within learning organizations who are adapting various approaches toward learning measurement and using analytics to tell their story about business impact and driving ROI.

Time:
5:30 – 6:30 pm: Registration / Dinner / Networking
6:30 – 8:00 pm: Program
