Creating and Sustaining a Learning Culture

Program Description:

A learning culture is a set of organizational values, processes and practices that encourage both individuals and the organization to increase knowledge, competence and performance.  According to a study by Bersin & Associates, high-impact learning organizations that have a strong learning foundation in place tend to significantly outperform their peers in employee productivity, delivering quality products, meeting customer needs, and being a market share leader.  Yet, it is easier said than done when wanting to create a learning culture that works in your organization.

Our 3 speakers (heads of training/learning and organizational development from Martin Guitar, De Lage Landen Financial Services, and NFI)  will give us ideas and practical tips on how to create and sustain a learning culture in our organizations.  Please join us!

Note: Space is limited, so register early (first come, first served).

Speakers:

  • Joan Zachary - Training Manager (C.F. Martin & Co., Inc.)
