Aligning Talent Development with the Business Strategy

Program Description:

When a company aligns its talent initiatives with its business strategy, it is more likely to achieve its objectives, consistently improve its performance over time, and increase its capacity to attract, retain, and engage high performing professionals.  Isn’t that part of how we create sustainable competitive advantages in our organizations?

Join us for our next Leadership & Organizational Development SIG meeting on September  28 on the topic of “Aligning Talent Development with the Business Strategy”.  We will hear from Day & Zimmerman, Campbell Soup Company, and Wells Fargo  regarding their approach to aligning the L&D strategy to their organization's business strategy, any challenges in doing so, and the impact on their  organization.
