Inclusion is the outcome of well-managed diversity. It happens through opportunities to learn about self and others, and how our complex identities inform how we interact and engage with each other. At Christiana Care Health System, we are using Linkage’s “Inclusive Leader” model to create a blended learning curriculum to support our efforts to create an inclusive workplace. In this session we will:
- Demonstrate the multidimensional definition of diversity
- Demonstrate the relationship between diversity and inclusive workplaces
- Explore how Christiana Care leverages blended learning to support our inclusive workplace
- Explore opportunities for learning professionals to embed D&I into corporate learning
