Building Your Brand and Promoting Your Value

Building your brand and promoting your value is this month’s topic by popular vote from our inaugural forum participants. To market yourself today, it’s important to take a holistic look at many factors. As an internal or external consultant, we are marketing our value more often than we may be aware. In this session we will have a rich discussion on ways to recognize our true “brand” so that we can also take advantage of opportune moments and promote our unique value – standing out to our clients and key stakeholders for those engagements that matter most.

Takeaways include: social media tips, short list of related industry resources, and insights solicited and shared by the collective audience.

Please join us for an engaging evening with your regional colleagues.

About the Consulting Forum:

We recognize the need to support like-minded TD professionals who consult with organizational leadership. Our professional community is comprised of experienced and newer internal and external consultants. We also welcome colleagues who are considering becoming an external consultant.

Our purpose is to promote insightful and friendly knowledge sharing on this broad and diverse topic of consulting in the area of Talent Development (and Learning and Development). Our only criteria for participating in this forum is your willingness to learn and share knowledge, and your collective help to maintain a friendly, non-competitive environment.

Agenda:
5:30 – 6:15 Refreshments & Networking
