Dean Becker is Managing Director, Principal and co-founder of Adaptiv Learning Systems, a
company that develops and delivers research-based resilience assessments, coaching, and
training programs to companies, schools and individuals worldwide. He holds an MBA in
Medical Group Management, and a BA in Psychology. He managed companies in the human
resources and healthcare arenas prior to assuming leadership of Adaptiv Learning Systems.

demand as an executive coach, facilitator and speaker. He has delivered hundreds of
