EVENT DETAILS: 

Tech Talk is a new Special Interest Group (SIG). This SIG intends to explore new learning technologies and find ways to become more adept at using existing tools. We will look to bring in industry leaders, technology vendors, and provide a space to workshop and develop new skills using certain learning technology.

During this first meeting, we will spend the time discussing:

1. What technology challenges you, your organization, or your L&D team face (within the context of learning).

2. What new learning technology you want to learn more about.

Speaker Bios:

ADAM STAMM - The TEAM Approach    


Adam began his career managing traditional and digital advertising initiatives. Adam managed the advertising for many household name brands like Sate Farm, Hyundai-Kia, and Pepsi Co to name a few.

In 2018, Adam had an opportunity to leave his position with a large online publisher in New York City and join his family’s tiny 6-person business in Pennsylvania. Today, Adam supports internal L&D teams utilizing Everything DiSC and other training and development tools. Adam is passionate about learning, upskilling and finding unique ways to solve problems.

Adam is a graduate of Albright College with a BS in Communications and English Literature. 

SUSANNE STEAD - Assistant Vice President of Talent Development


Susanne currently leads an accomplished team of Talent Development Partners at Flagship Credit Acceptance responsible for enterprise learning initiatives and creating a culture of Continuous Improvement. 

Susanne started her career in Talent Development at Sovereign/Santander in 2005. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of West Florida where she also taught as an Adjunct Instructor.  Susanne’s passion for learning helped her earn Graduate Assistant of the Year and certifications in training and design from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Impact Performance Group, Rockhurst University, and Information Mapping Foundation.
