The session will focus on identifying the most critical aspects of the Kirkpatrick Model, determining where to begin with evaluations and prioritizing evaluation resources. Through expert guidance and real-world examples, attendees will gain actionable strategies they can immediately implement to enhance the impact of their training programs.

Session Outcomes:

Apply the Kirkpatrick Model correctly by identifying and addressing common misconceptions, ensuring accurate implementation across all four levels Recognize and avoid common evaluation pitfalls such as over-reliance on reaction data and misinterpretation of behavior change. Prioritize evaluation efforts strategically by aligning measurement practices with organizational goals, leading to more meaningful and actionable training outcomes.
