Belonging is Good for Business
Hosted by the Buffalo Niagara Chapter

About This Event

Belonging is Good for Business, extends what we know about diversity to include diverse thinkers like neurodivergent, neurotypical, introverts, extroverts, etc. It is a blueprint for building better teams with inclusion and innovation in mind, practicing inclusive hiring strategy, recruiting Top Talent, and building spaces of belonging where employees feel, seen, heard, valued and want to stay and grow with the company.

This presentation provides practical tools that leaders can use to foster collaboration, recruitment, mitigate microaggressions and implicit bias, embrace neurodiversity, and increase productivity. Which are tools necessary to be competitive in today's market.
