Amy Dinning | Talent Development Leader

Amy Dinning is an impactful Talent Development Leader with a passion for attracting, engaging, and retaining talent through creative and measurable talent development initiatives. She is known for collaborating with leaders to develop strategies leading to the creation, promotion, and delivery of leadership, team, and talent development solutions to achieve business objectives.

Amy is a recurring speaker at the ATD International Conference and she has conducted several webinars for ATD National. She also speaks to various professional associations and networking groups on a variety of topics. She serves as a Steering Team Member for My Career Transitions.

She is the creator and chief facilitator of a workshop, Jump Start Your Job Search, which is offered twice/year for those in job transition.

Olga Yakimakho, MPA, SPHR, is a global HR leader of organizational effectiveness, talent/learning strategy and leadership enablement with over two decades of business and non-profit expertise in guiding leaders and teams through complex talent and culture challenges. With on-the-ground professional experience in more than 30 countries and leadership support across 180+ nations, Olga successfully built global talent pipelines that drove sustained organizational growth.

She won leadership development awards from Brandon Hall Group, ATD and HR.com, co- authored dozens of talent and leadership development tools and publications, served as the Skillsoft Executive Advisory Board member and the Stevie Awards for Great Employers judge, as well as the Executive Committee Member of Blood Cancer United Light the Night campaign.
