Although L&D has always had the potential to change the lives of our learners, contribute to organizational strategies, and drive business impact, for years the Learning & Development (L&D) industry has been treated like order takers. Much akin to doctors taking advice from patients’ quick WebMD searches, stakeholders have been driving the agenda without the insight, education, experience, and often understanding of L&D necessary to have a qualified opinion.

    This stops now!

The call-to-action for L&D is to secure a seat at the proverbial table and be recognized as strategic business partners.

In this engaging and informative session, Dr. Keith Keating, Chief Learning Officer and author of the transformative book "The Trusted Learning Advisor," will explore the 3 key strategic approaches L&D leaders must adopt to ensure their place at the decision-making table.

    Attend the session and learn:

    • Three strategic approaches to ensure a seat at the decision-making table

    • Key core competencies and skills L&D practitioners need to build relationships with stakeholders

    • Best practices to evolve from being viewed as order takers into Trusted Learning Advisors
