She led the implementation of a mobile learning platform, reducing compliance training by 30% while increasing learning compliance by 25%. Stacy designed performance-based and compliance curricula across R&D roles and developed the user experience platform "Learn. Grow. Inspire."

She managed a team of 5 colleagues and over 40 Global Learning Leaders, facilitating role-based technical training and monthly webcasts/podcasts. Stacy spearheaded leadership and skill-building journeys, partnered with therapeutic area heads for disease state training, and collaborated with commercial teams for Clinical Trial Lifecycle training. While working at Pfizer as Director of SOP & Training, Stacy led the development of a global training strategy for clinical trial professionals. Stacy designed role-based training for 10,000+ colleagues and managed eight consultants. Collaborating with senior VPs, Stacy created the Enhanced Clinical Trial Design Drug Development program. Stacy also implemented a Clinical Educator program, Refresh soft skills learning portal, and microlearning strategies

Stacy lives in Chester County, Pennsylvania and is married with three daughters and two yellow labrador retrievers. She enjoys traveling, reading, and loves to escape to the beach whenever she can.
