Stacy Hubiak

Stacy Hubiak is a highly accomplished Senior Director of R&D Training, boasting over two decades of invaluable experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

Renowned for her strategic leadership and adept collaborative skills, Stacy has consistently delivered results that have elevated organizational performance and fostered a culture of innovation and excellence.

With a career spanning various roles across pharmaceutical R&D, Stacy has honed her skills in instructional design, talent coaching, and project management to perfection. Her proficiency lies not only in executing projects flawlessly but also in inspiring teams to exceed expectations and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement.

During Stacy's tenure as Head of R&D Training at Teva Pharmaceuticals from January 2019 to February 2024, she significantly enhanced learning and development initiatives for over 7000 colleagues worldwide. Stacy boosted employee L&D survey results by 11 points within two years, surpassing industry benchmarks by over 14 points. She led the implementation of a mobile learning platform, reducing compliance training by 30% while increasing learning compliance by 25%. Stacy designed performance-based and compliance curricula across R&D roles and developed the user experience platform "Learn. Grow. Inspire."

She managed a team of 5 colleagues and over 40 Global Learning Leaders, facilitating role-based technical training and monthly webcasts/podcasts. Stacy spearheaded leadership and skill-building journeys, partnered with therapeutic area heads for disease state training, and collaborated with commercial teams for Clinical Trial Lifecycle training. She also conducted workshops on patient-centricity and introduced innovative microlearning strategies and mobile applications with gamification elements.

While working at Pfizer as Director of SOP & Training, Stacy led the development of a global training strategy for clinical trial professionals. Stacy designed role-based training for 10,000+ colleagues and managed eight consultants. Collaborating with senior VPs, Stacy created the Enhanced Clinical Trial Design Drug Development program. Stacy also implemented a Clinical Educator program, Refresh soft skills learning portal, and microlearning strategies

Stacy lives in Chester County, Pennsylvania and is married with three daughters and two yellow labrador retrievers. She enjoys traveling, reading, and loves to escape to the beach whenever she can.
